We are a family with one child, who will be 3 in July and starting school in September. Henry will be going to the Montessori House on Ashley Road every morning. We have had the same nanny for the last 2.5 years and she is wonderful, and very experienced. Prior to working with us, she spent many years with an American family, and helped the children with their school work as they got older. She has experience working with children from birth to 6 years old.

We are looking for another family, ideally with a child of a similar age, to share our nanny with.

I have resupplied Ash at SG Fruit and Veg with Stroud Green Olive Oil. These are nearly the last bottles available, I have almost sold out since November (100 litres) and will have to seek new supplies.

I had been reconsidering the future of SGOO as on doing the sums I found I made a stonking great loss first time round, however that was mainly due to the inept business plan and massively unsustainable transport costs.

But I've found an affordable way of getting the stuff from Italy to Stroud Green now, so if I can source supplies of a similar quality (this will be from neighbouring smallholdings) I will aim to restock with more oil in May.

I will probably change the price structure and use bigger bottles too, maybe an over-the-counter bring-your-own bottle lark at one of the local grocers. Some tastings too.

I can see this will never be more than a hobby and a barmy enthusiasm but at least it will cover the costs and pay for itself, and continue to put SG on the culinary map..... Apologies if there is an interruption in supplies towards the end of the month...

More rave reviews for Abruzzo (twinned with SG Road) on TripAdvisor too!

We'd rather not deal with agencies, so if either you or someone you know is looking for tenants, please let me know. We'd like to stay in Stroud Green, but would consider other areas of North London, as long as there's a tube stop nearby.

We're both employed professionals in our early 30s. No kids or pets, and we don't smoke. We've lived in the same place for the past 10 years, and have always paid the rent on time. Happy to provide references, copy of credit report, bank statements, etc. We just don't want the hassle or the cost of going through an agency.

Thanks.

Sorry if it annoys but if it doesn't please check my website at www.toucantimbercraft.co.uk. A recent local job is the fitted cupboards on the carpentry page. Thanks and all the best!
