Split-level houses

There was a <a href="http://www.guardian.co.uk/lifeandstyle/2010/nov/13/interiors-do-the-split">moderately interesting piece in last weekend's <i>Guardian</i> magazine about split-level houses</a> which mentioned that the designers were "applying for planning permission on a further two in Finsbury Park". Anyone know which of the various developments this is?
