    I have seen several kinds of camp going on both inside and outside Tesco but never any drag queens/kings alas.

    yes, usually 2 or 3 asleep when I go for the tube on a morning, mattresses and all sorts of belongings.

    Agree, no agression from the 2 regulars there but some rather unsavoury characters hanging around over the course of the days, drinking super strength lager.

    Kind of waiting for it to all kick off at some point.

    So far the residents of this 'cardboard hamlet' have been conspicuously keeping themselves to themselves, and not even asking for change, never mind making aggressive comments. Almost as if they're trying to avoid anyone making a complaint to the local police.

    I'd quite like this little encampment to be broken up before they think it is their right to take over the street and annex it as theirs to use exclusively, particularly if they deal and take drugs in the neighbourhood. I'm a bit Zero tolerance on that kind of caper.

    Yes, as Sevlow points out, they have a flat in Wall Court - I saw them stumbling out of it this morning - so I don't know why they don't do it there.

    Perhaps because getting busted for possession of class A's on council property would lose them their tenancy (if they have one).
