DEMOCRATIC? Caxton House Community Centre & GARDEN - St John's Way N19
Islington / Camden? Is it no longer ?? A lovely building & space . Has it been rented out without residents knowledge ? There is a distinct lack of activity in day & youth events there such as gardening or outside cafe ? The garden which would be wonderful for community events such as parties & weddings was sold off with out few concerned people there knowing. What is going on ?As for the lovely Art deco library at end of Hanley Road & original Stapleton Hall interior ??!!Who is protecting our heritage ? This is what happens when Government's deregulate using Call centres [ marketing tool ]directed by accountants & Cllrs [ Exec] with other agendas. Are we paying for this ? At least discuss & inform the local council tax payers The glossy Newspaper just was a front for promotion[ or what should be] real issues it turned a blind eye too.
