Any musicians in the neighbourwood?
  • Cellos, harps, flutes, guitars, violins, singers, percussions, accordion, any acoustics (etc) in the neighbourwood?
If so please contact  me OK? I would love to join the conversation with some fellow musicians in our area. I work more as a composer and producer and there are some good ideas that maybe we could share?

    Thank You

  • Harp (hence username) but I don't play anymore...

  • Used to take singing lesson (Mezzo Sophrano), but don't practise anymore.
Also a beginner playing the piano. And I meant beginner. Haven't had lessons or practised in a while, for my teacher moved away and I'm bored playing the same old stuff.

Want to start taking lessons again in the near future.

  • I can sing a bit and not bad on the spoons/drums

  • harpistic, Stella and Detritus,  good! I think we have a starting point :)

    so 3 questions!

Harpistic, why did you stop play?

Stella, you are not taking lessons but you still singing?

Detritus, do you also play percussions maybe? or what you like is realy drums?

  • I mainly sing when cycling (along to my music, but not opera) or karaoke. Asthma has destroyed my voice. I'd love to do some blues, I think that would suit my voice rather well. :-)

  • Blues are a freat way to get musicians together, maybe we can find a place here for a Blues/Improvisation evening or afternoon!

  • To be totally honest I enjoy bashing things, plus it got me out of double maths at school to have the lessons, but I love to drum, if I had the room I would have a drum kit

  • Hopefully @March can find somewhere to play drums, and you and my neighbour can join him :)
