He has a degree in Spanish Philology from the University of Granada, where he also taught Latin American literature. Neuman was selected as one of Granta’s Best Young Spanish-Language Novelists and was included in Hay Festival’s Bogotá 39 list. He has published numerous novels, short stories, essays and poetry collections.
