Where to get a tennis racker re-strung

    Can anyone recommend someone local (and ideally cheap) to restring a tennis racket?

    Can ask my coach at Highgate Tennis Club when I see him on Fri? He did mine last year - was v. happy with it, and am due for another. I think it was £15-20 quid, depending on type of stringing.

    Oo 'ark at you and your fancy tennis club!!! Don't bother, you can get a new bat at Sports World (or whatever it's called) near Homebase for £9.99.

    That attitude if prevelant probbaly explains why no one British does very well at Wimbledon.

    Restringing sounds like good reuse and means that some poor person in China does't have to produce a crap on that  will break and need to be replaced

    Nobody British does well at Wimboreldon because they aren't as good as the other people in the contest.
