    Islington Council have offered to change a number of old water boilers for new combi ones free of charge. This is available to all residents in the Council. I had mine looked at this week and am waiting to hear back from the council. Has anyone else taken advantage of this?

    My neighbour it taking them up on this offer. There is a fund for replacement of the most inefficient boilers (hers is one of them, being about 30 years old), and it's open to everybody regardless of whether they are owning, or renting the public or private sector.
