So we hope that as many members and visitors as possible will come to this meeting to add their voices to the discussion! Our projects may well need some funding in one way or another, so we will also talk about fundraising.</p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 0.75em; padding: 0px; line-height: inherit; font-size: 12px; text-overflow: ellipsis; overflow: hidden; min-height: 1em; color: rgb(79, 88, 85); font-family: 'Lucida Grande', 'Lucida Sans Unicode', sans-serif; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"></p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 0.75em; padding: 0px; line-height: inherit; font-size: 12px; text-overflow: ellipsis; overflow: hidden; min-height: 1em; color: rgb(79, 88, 85); font-family: 'Lucida Grande', 'Lucida Sans Unicode', sans-serif; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"><b>To start us off, we thought this would be a good opportunity for a collection for the Haringey Foodbank - non-perishable items only, please! Comments

  • The WI's national campaign is all about saving our local High Streets and bringing them back to life. Given the amount of discussion about the shops on Stroud Green Rd, this is probably something that would interest many local women. Worth noting that although Stroud Green Rd does not have many empty shops, Crouch End does! We would be very interested in hearing from people who have experience with setting up 'pop up' (yes, I know) shops.
