crowdfund vietnamese
pie in the sky at the moment, but I am bored, and created a model for a vietnamese restaurant the other afternoon. I am not vietnamese, have never run or owned a restaurant, but it has been highlighted on threads over the years that there is some demand for a vietnamese on SGR. Competition is the one on highbury hill, which I am not worried about, and the one in Crouch End, which I would not be worried about either, as they are a bit bog standard and the menus are extremely long which i have never really trusted.<div><br></div><div>if anyone is interested in having a look at my numbers/breakeven analysis, send me a message</div>
