Know any pubs with private rooms?

Could I possibly pick your brains? <div><br></div><div>I'm looking for a space to hold an occasional charity support group meeting, probably on a Tuesday night. I've been tasked with finding a room that's:</div><div>quiet</div><div>private</div><div>near transport links</div><div>has disabled access (so not upstairs)</div><div>parking nearby </div><div>...and free!</div><div><br></div><div>This seems like a very tall order. All the council / community centres charge and aren't always in convenient places. I was wondering is anyone knew of any pubs that have a quiet back room they may be persuaded to open up if we buy drinks. I don't know many of the pubs around here so all ideas very much appreciated!</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div>

The Shaftesbury has a great back room, it's used for all sorts of affairs.  But, bear in mind that (I think) access to the loos is thru the back room.

North Library has a room upstairs - and there's a lift.

We had a real issue with finding a venue when setting up our WI, we now meet in the Hideaway. We tried the side room at the Nickleby - noisy, depressing and the Dairy restaurant - noisy. Gothic Valley WI use the back room at the Shaftesbury, it's a lovely room and people using the loo don't cause a disturbance.
