<p>The  council is changing out the "orange glow" street lights around Victoria Rd with LED lights.</p><p>Changes  mood of the place a lot.</p><p> </p><p>The light that  flood into our house looks  a bit like moonlight but in the street it seems a bit like being between moonlight and gas lamp light</p><p> </p><p> </p>

They did this on Mount View Road a few years back, and it's great. A much 'purer' white light that feels more natural and has less glare.
