Bird Hazard sign Oxford Road

Any one noticed the red triangular warning sign with a big black bird in it. Looks like a crow or Magpie. Any one know anything about it? There is also quite a good Halloween dressing up of a house on the bit towards Tollington Park. Several skeletons on the outside

There was another mention of it some months back on another thread.

If I recall I think maybe hitchock/the birds had some ties to that Oxford house place.
