Sunday 20th October, 10-2:30, Stroud Green School N43HB

Hi everyone,
Good, good news: Farid of Creperie Dellys is back this Sunday after many long weeks away (just in case you weren’t aware, crepes are thin French-style pancakes and Farid’s are the best around). Farid has apparently brought back some fresh dates from Algeria and may give you one if you buy a crepe and ask nicely…only please leave at least a couple for us.
As well as this you’ll be seeing ye olde bike emporium (I think Diego actually calls it the London Bike Studio), Big Doggs Hotdogs, and Hide Takemoto’s live guitar.
Shumei’s wonderful organic vegetables will be sold alongside Lucy’s dairy stall as Hiro and his friends are away at a spiritual festival. Here’s what we’ll have: Cavolo nero, Red Russian kale, Swede, Leeks, Parsnips, Sweetcorn Potatoes, Onion, Kabocha pumpkins and dried garlic.
Finally I’d like to point everyone in the direction of those traders who are generously offering a discount to customers who bring their own packaging. One is Kaffee Culture and the other is Dinh-Dins Viet kitchen; in both cases the discount is a fair bit more than the cost of the packaging, so good in every way. Hopefully more street foodie stalls will be offering this soon. I’ll let you know!
See you on Sunday!
