Anyone know a good wooden floor specialist?
I have an old wooden floor in my flat and in one room in particular the varnish is all-but word off.
Does anyone know of a reputable local person who does sanding / revarnishing?

Sounds great.
It's a medium-sized second bedroom - about 2metres by 3 metres, perhaps?
Though maybe smaller. I'm useless at measuring these things without a measuring tape.
