Finsbury Park Station Staircase

Does anyone know when the southbound stair case will open. Its so frustrating when you plan you whole journey to Strategically position yourself on the carriage to find that its closed!

    I think each staircase is closed for a week. The one that was closed last week is now reopen and one further down is shut. It is a bit annoying to have to squeeze out of one exit at rush hour but the improvements they are making (slower than snails pace) are looking good and I'm sure it will be worth it when they eventually finish...

    what improvements exactly are they making? when will it all be completed? Will we ever have a station free of sandbags and duct tape?
