looking for a local workshop

Hello, everyone just joined,I live on Ridge Road and have been here for 11 years, grew up in the area and went to Hornsey School for girls, a long time ago.
My boyfriend who has just recently moved to the area would like to move his workshop from Surrey to somewhere more local, have enquired about Ossian Mews but that is very pricey any ideas anyone. He is a restorer and works on pieces of furniture and also makes pieces to order, so he needs a far amount of shape but not massive.

Belgravia workshops is an excellent place. There's a good selection of different sized units and they are reasonably priced considering the zone 2 location. I have a pal who has a unit there and he says that it's a nice place to work.

I notice CM Upholstery is up for sale (top of SGR, near Sainsburys) although probably not quite the right sort of thing...? Just thought I'd mention it as it comes with a nice shop window to show off his wares (like Bagpuss and his friends used to do).
