Hi, sitting in the sun drinking wine and thinking about getting healthy.. Does any one know of a good place to do yoga nr SGR?...obviously not now, I think my coordination might be a bit off at the mo!

I just moved to the area, and am keen to find local yoga & pilates classes, but @djmattyoung's recommendation does seem to be the only local class. Hana's a great teacher and dancer, do try her classes!

Further afield, Sobell Sports Centre offers classes, as does Haelan Centre in Crouchy. And Yoga Junction. Also The Factory over on Hornsey Road, but you'll need to get membership first.

Kinetic Pilates are local - based in a lovely studio behind Londis on Ferme Park Road. There are three teachers now working there and I know they are doing more classes as well as individual sessions. He's back end of April with 'new light and new energy' You'll soon be seeing him again with his staff (stick) walking around FP Yoga will definitely be starting back up again. We're actually very excited for it to be back on the schedule

We would wholeheartedly recommend Julie's classes. http://www.lifelongyoga.co.uk/ Very friendly, small numbers and run in her home in stroud green. At christmas time you even get to do yoga by the tree!<br>
