Does anyone know of a local team or a court somewhere nearby?

    There is a local league on Tuesday evenings at IAMS school, most of the teams need reserves or you can start your own. 3 or 4 games over the evening, first one at 6.45.

    Slightly different from netball, but there is a FREE handball taster session in Leyton this Saturday. (Easy to get to from Crouch Hill)

    What: 'Handball for Beginners' Sessions
    Where: Leyton Score Centre, 100 Oliver Road, E10 5JY
    When: Saturdays May 14th and 21st, from 10h30-12h
    Dress code: Please bring Sport Wear and Indoor Trainers
    Contact details: greatdanehc@gmail.com
    Group age: Everyone's welcome! (Men and women)
    Cost: Absolutely FREE

    Misscara, im not excellent so it would definitely not be "serious" playing so thats good.

    Do we have to reserve the finsbury park court to play in? if so, how?

    Detritus, rugby boys are always welcome. Definitely.

    Copycara, how do i get in contact with the local league?

    Kaz, good idea and looks like a laugh but weekends are out for me :-(

    Anyone know anything about mixed netty? I've had a lot of injuries playing rugby and find netballs been keeping me fit when I can't make it to the gym. Would love to know anything about mixed teams around SG.
