  If you need the standard clear recycling bags they'll give you free packs of them at all libraries. You don't have to be a member, they are free to anyone who asks.

  If you mean the small food recycling bags for the Haringey food bins they sell tham at Tesco SGR, the big Sainsurys by Green Lanes and also Londis, I think.
