Hi, can anyone recommend a good cleaner for my flat?

    Hi I have a great cleaner called Urbano he has cleaned for me for 3 years and does my mum and lots of friends etc!

    Hi there

    Don't ever use Fantastic Cleaners http://www.fantasticcleaners.co.uk/

    I used them for a one-off spring clean last week and the cleaner Rosie ruined my wooden kitchen worktop. I'd told her to only use water but she ignored my advice and used some sort of harsh chemical on it. The damage is about 10cm in length and you can even see where she's tried to rectify the problem by gouging it with a sharp instrument.

    It took 3 days for them to reply to me and when they did they denied responsibility (in an incoherent email) and offered me a £30 voucher for their services which can only be used if I spend £78 with them.

    I've got to have the surface re-sanded and varnished.

    The best bit is that I liked the cleaner and gave her a tip as well.

    Anyway, just a word of warning.
