  @Adam - he's yawning at the fact that he has to put the URL in markup so we can click on it, not the event. It's his way of saying he is bored at having to be the site geek and clean up after our sloppy coding.

  We're thinking of it more as pub quiz hosted by a high profile music whiz who will give some cracking rounds whilst raising money for a good cause. What could be better?!
  We'll hopefully see a few of your faces on the night.

  I could swear the old Dairy offered me a free drink but the edit above would suggest it was rescinded! To be fair it was a fairly gratuitous offer so may well have been the work of a rogue staff member.

  but I was surprised how unaffordable it is around here for the couple who obviously couldn’t live to far from the FF. I also thought that the outside of the flat above the Chinese Takeaway in Hornsey Road could just about fit into “scummy”

  @Ali Buying property, scummy or not, in N4 is completely unaffordable unless you are extremely well paid or have an enormous deposit. In my experience this seems to be mainly provided by people's parents.

  Great event Adam, thanks for hosting. Bet you haven't seen takings like that since??? Music whiz though? :-) Gloria Gaynor - I am what i am - 1983. That will haunt me for a few days. Hope you raised lots of cash. We all had a great time.
