Looking for a one bed flat to rent

Hello,

My boyfriend and I are looking for a one bed flat to rent in Stroud Green. Willing to pay up to around £1200/month.

    When are you looking to move in? There's two 1-bed flats being "built" on the corner of SGR and Lorne Rd, but I'm not sure when they'll be ready. I think they'll be rented out for £1000/month or £1200/month - I chatted to the owner about them a few months ago. (But not for myself - am looking for a 2-bed flat).
