    You should report it. Even if your description of them is hazy, it's better than nothing and means the police will have an eye out should it happen to someone else. <br>

    <P>Misscara,have you emailed or  phoned Stroud Green Safer Neighbourhoods Police to ask the police to come round to your home when you finish work;so you can tell them all you know? If your Algerian contacts think they know where these criminals live surely an investigation can be done to close the net on the thieves;if you talk to the police or crimestoppers that is.It is not as if you even have to go to the police station,police visit you.</P> <P>I am not sure why you have been reluctant to report this,surely it's important to report things like this?</P>
