Is there anything going on round SG for the long holiday such as music or party's. Where I work in Highgate there are a couple of parties planned, roads closed etc.good for kids and families etc. Ibthink there was a do here for Will and Kate but I was away. N E 1 up for it ? Do the Councils help? Chang

We are going to apply to shut part of Lorne Rd for jubilee party. The wide bit nr Joyce. Kids, dogs etc welcome. Have to pay a deposit I am told. Anyone wanting to take part let us know. There will be a fashion show, dj contest, dog parade (guess who?), special prize for anyone born 1952,77 and02. And food, but we need to sort that. Dress will be 1950s or red white n blue. I am going to talk to Thames Water so the usual summer smells can be avoided - would not be good in hot weather. Any other Roads up for it? Chang

21 again? ! Lol. Come along and have a good time. Thanks to others who have contacted us and (tentatively ) doing events in Stonest St (not sure where that is) pine grove and sparsholt street Maybe there should be a parade like notting hills?
