I can't speak for others, but my sons and I have offered Sally help on cold nights. She is not easy to help. She is very suspicious and can be quite offensive. She obviously has mental issues so doesn't always respond appropriately to offers of help.
Miss Annie, I agree with you. This man is a trouble maker. And he is targetting, pseudo charitably, a highly vulnerable individual, which is disgraceful. He fooled me at first, but not any more. Other posters have on this occasion been genuinely charitable. Whilst applauding their kindness, I think, to repeat myself, that we should think twice before naming someone with problems, and discussing their behavior in detail. Chang's mischief is mostly harmless. His racism, although offensive, is not attached to anyone in particular. Other SG-orgists have argued that the best way of dealing with trolls is to ignore them. From now I shall aim to do so, when they are being provocative.
Sally has moved to a very vulnerable position - in a phone box on Stroud Green Road, and is creating quite a stir. It's just outside Dream River cafe / SG Food and Wine

The phone company maintenance man has just come and stripped off all the advertising stickers on the glass, so removing any kind pf privacy. I don't know if that is deliberate.

I'd be quite concerned for her safety.

She was sitting on the chairs outside the shop that sells everything the other day - attempting to set fire to some of the faux flowers. I tipped the chaps off.

If she doesn't want help, I don't think there's much that can be done sadly.

"Sally" clearly needs help for drug issues as she is a regular menace up and down SGR and the Parkland Walk. She uses areas of properties with children to "do her crack" (her words not mine). She carries around a sharpens stick, and every weekend she makes a massive mess at the mind store breaking the bags. The authorities and or social services must be aware of her and need to help her tackle her problems.

Guitar man from outside Tesco was walking past my house the other day with a mate, talking about the flat he was moving into. It's massive and has an en-suite bathroom apparently. I don't have an en-suite!
Actually I wouldn't want one because you are essentially pooping in a corner of your bedroom.
