  • These classes are becoming very popular and it's only week 3 tomorrow. Because the difficulty of yoga ninja and the popularity or yoga noob the ninja class will turn into a new noob class. So we're still running all the classes but just changed the format. If you are unsure of the format of each class just check the website. Enjoy
  • Do you do Iyengar Yoga or Petra Yoga? I need it for my sacral nerve - apparently.
