Wondering if any technically saavy people here know how to get region 2 dvd to play in region 1 dvd player? This is a real hassle for anyone traveling abroad.

Every DVD player is multi region. Just get the right hack codes for the DVD player - it is a sequence on the remote. Put the player model into google, e.g. Pioneer 1234vy, with hack code and should pop up.

You can buy a basic multi-region dvd player for around £40.
