Possibly means New Beacon Books? It's black history & writers rather than Christian, though they do usually have a couple of religion books in the window.

I've been using Bonds opposite Nandos recently and they are good on price and service. I see they got a bad review in earlier post - not sure why.

Snow white definitely. I've taken shirts to Bonds before and they come back with an undertone of cigarette smoke.<div><br></div><div>One thing that frustrates me about snow white though is when they do shirts they put the tag on the front of the shirt around the 3rd button hole. No big deal hey? But for about 1 in every 50 shirts they do, they're a bit uncareful with the stapler and the staple goes through the shirt and damages it a little, but in a super obvious place. </div>

However, all delicate clothes (and alterations) go to Sew in CE. </P>

I have to go to a wedding this afternoon and had an iron emergency. I was saved by Kiren from Snow whites who ironed my shirt for free. Top guy and good dry cleaners.

Do not go to Snow White he has not returned two of my designer items worth £970.00.. The manager Kiran said they were stolen by his staff. I am having to take further action as he has refused to compensate me.. Will keep you all posted
