From Virgin Media to BT Broadband in N4 - advice needed!

We are looking to move our broadband from Virgin Media to BT - we find Virgin Media's internet service patchy, and of course BT Sport now has half of the football rights including all of the Champions League. However, we are not sure how good BT's internet coverage is in N4. Can we hear from local experiences please? Finally, how have people found BT's customer service? Thanks!

I can't tell you anything about BT's customer service because for the past four years that I've used BT for broadband I've never had to call them.<div> </div><div>For broadband and landline I rate their service good. I don't have a TV package. Broadband speeds are sometimes slow during peak usage hours but I've haven't had any major outage or disruption in the time I've been with them (unlike Virgin, who I had to call every other week with problems.).</div>

I hav efound their high speed service pretty good. I belive it is a £1 a month that has been added to line rental but additionbal extras have ben added a free add ons if you have broadband.Is Jeremy going to renationalise BT I wonder or is he likely to single handly restore the LibDems to their previuos glory ?

All suppliers except Virgin is like Sky and Talk Talk will use the wires between your house and exchange but their own network after that

I wanted to report an issue about my BT broadband. So I gave a call to BT contact number. Actually, I had some technical issues with my BT broadband connection such as low speeds and fluctuation in connectivity. So, I contacted the BT customer service to speak to an executive. After asking some questions related to my BT broadband connection, he asked me that he will require to send an engineer at my home who will help in my broadband issue. The next day, BT engineer visited at my home and it took him around 2 hours to fix my broadband issue. I really happy that my BT broadband services are working fine now.
