I'm researching the history of Horseshoe Coaches who operated from various premises in Tottenham, and Kempston, Beds. It seems they originally started as Carlton Horseshoe Coaches (possibly for a while operating as Consolidated Coaches Ltd.) with an office at 32 Stroud Green Road in the early 'thirties, premises shared with the Carlton Press. Does anyone have any info. on these companies, or photos of No.32 (any age)?

Coachman - I have a business card from the company (a bit battered but readable and found while doing some renovations on a house in Muswell Hill). They had two addresses on the card, first was 32 Stroud Green Road and the second 3 Culross Road, West Green. Telephone numbers were ARCHWAY 2308 and MOUNTVIEW 2637. They were available for Private Parties, Outings, Race Meetings etc. If you want the card you're welcome.
