Shop sale doesn't mean current tenants (Incontro) have to leave. They will in all likelihood remain in place for contractual and financial reasons.

Looks like the original ad has been removed and replaced with this one: http://www.zoopla.co.uk/for-sale/commercial/details/40434964 The price went down whopping 27%. Someone must be desperate. I talked to SN Estates a while ago and was quoted key figures which I find hard to believe for a small restaurant. The reason for the quick selling was quoted as "the owner is busy with his other businesses".
