Florist classes - anyone know a teacher?

I'm looking for someone to teach a Christmas wreath making workshop for about 20 people. Anyone know anyone great? Needs to be fairly modern in tone - not fuddy duddy.

Heals runs wreath making classes every Christmas. I doubt they would be fuddy duddy. You could ask them who does them. Or Rebel Rebel in Hackney who did some amazing flowers for my friend's wedding do workshops: http://www.rebelrebel.co.uk/workshops/
