Re-opened GOBLIN

Has anyone noticed an improvement in the noise/house shaking problems since the GOBLIN re-opened? Found a place nearby that we're thinking of moving to but noticed some cracks in the wall which we think are related (in part) to the line. Can live with/fix what's there, but don't want the problem to worsen.
