Really? That's been fought off for years. Shame. Though the owner seemed to be deliberately running it into the ground to me.

Sort of really. I heard the top floors is flats. The ground floor is cafe restaurant. So net net no change except we get more housing and a viable cafe restaurant

Don't you get this sort of thing in your planning portal stuff?

First visit to reincarnated Dotori on Friday. Pleased to find the food and prices largely unchanged but the toilets thankfully have been completely refurbished. Told by the waiter thats its a family business and part of the reason for their closing was that they simply needed a break!

Actually went into The Dartmouth Arms the other day as well, the copper bar may have gone but it is looking pretty damn good in there.
