  Yup, it was taken over by the Finsbury Park Sport Partnership a few years ago, their website is http://www.finsburyparksportspartnership.org.uk.
  
  This site https://www.openplay.co.uk/view/3345/finsbury-park-track-gym says it's £5/hour to use.

  I've also recently discovered that there's a children's drop in athletics club there on Sunday mornings. £3 a time - lasts 90 mins and they serve excellent value coffee and cake.
