Poetry group *NEW DATE* 9th Jan
Due to general pre-Xmas business, the poetry group is skipping December and meeting next in January.
8pm White Lion
We are taking on the twitter analogy of the poetry world: Haiku. I'll be presenting a very large selection of these bite-sized poems by Japanese legend Matsuo Basho. No idea how the discussion is going to work. Maybe we'll all have to comment in phases of no more than 17 syllables? The only way for me to get the poems out in advance is to email copies in a Word file so if you are not already on our email list and would like to come please pm me your address.
