It's open though to pedestrians all the way through the work I think?
It's a minor peeve of mine how often 'closure' is used to mean 'closed to vehicles' rather than 'closed to all', especially in urban areas where there's quite a big difference between the two. Possibly something to do with me being a pedestrian but not also a driver
