Bonfire
Hi,
There is a bonfire that is producing massive amount of smoke on Victoria road. I complained to those guys but they claim that it is legal. Is that true? The smoke is entering my flat.

It becomes illegal if they do it regularly and it becomes a nuisance.
And there are also some rules about burning rubbish that gives of fumes, and obscuring a road with smoke.
It can be annoying. But its also a very human thing to enjoy doing. So as with all things in life, try to be friendly and have a nice relationship with the guys. Next time they might give you a heads-up so you can get your washing in or whatever.
