  The pictures don't show it, but does that place have a lift? I have half a memory that it was given planning permission (despite it's design shoddiness) because it was an annex for a disabled relative or something.

  Dear lord, I pay £500 less per month for a ground floor flat with a garden! No, not social housing.
  One day I'm going to start a website called wrongmove.co.uk and I will collect all the horrible places like this one there. I bet it belongs to someone on this forum.
