The Plough
Anyone know what's happening to the Plough on the corner of Tollington Park and Hornsey Road? Heavy duty building work (skip after skip of mud and rubble) has been going on for months now. I asked one of the guys back in the Autumn, and he said 'underpinning', but it seems to be more drastic than that.

I imagine the reclaim "shop" was listed as a non viable business so now they can turn it all into housing, including the little courtyard garden.
I cannot remember the figure it sold for, I did know at the time, but the yield for the upstairs rentals was never enough to cover it.
