Police Lancaster Road/Upper Tollington Park

Anyone know whats going on at the moment?
I nearly clipped a guy with my car who was darting across UTP as I was about to turn on to Lancaster Road. A police car pulled up and a police man tried to taser him. It looked like they caught him though.
A woman who was walking by as I was unloading the car said they were armed police. But I'm not so sure.
Theres a couple of police on Cornwall Rd right now. But I can't leave the house for a nose about, as I've just put the baby to bed.
