Alterations tailor

Hi all,
Steve on Hornsey Road has sadly shut up shop. Does anyone have a current recommendation for a good alterations tailor? I like Image (Munever) but she's terribly expensive for everyday work. Thanks.

Sew in Crouch End are pretty good

I use Sew in Crouch End as well, the repairs are great but do sometimes cost more then the garment being repaired.

The guy on Hornsey Road near Bavaria Road replaced a zip for me once which broke in milliseconds, no idea if he was called Steve or not.

Hornsey Rd Steve did good work altering M&S suits and changing buttons on a blazer.

I shifted to Snow White, which has also now shut. Please recommend me another place to try so I can shut them down too. I just took some trousers to the place at the top of SGR;I haven't collected them but they seemed pricey. Image is good but also expensive. Any other recommendations?

I know as you say that Image on Fonthill Road is a bit pricey, but I find well worth it for the quality. Not found anywhere better locally that's both better and cheaper.
