What's opening next to The Brick and Olives on Stroud Green?

Hi All, I have noticed that there are some works going on in the empty shop next to the Bricks and Olives on Stroud Green road. Does anyone know what they are going open ?

Apparently, a soft play area, that might do quite well

It looks more like a cafe to me. Counter and coffee machine on the right, new seating went in at end of last week. I wish they'd stop parking their vans and cars way beyond their permitted space on the pavement though!
