Hi Arkady, I have already raised it with the Committee and they are adamant that they have 'carefully considered' the application. There is still time to change it as the planning officer is off on long term sick and the decision is now not due to be made until 21st February. If you go to the application for 96 Stapleton Hall Road and have a look at all the neighbours' comments, some of which lay out the conservation issues, and then look at the really hurried and ill considered, scrappy CAAC response you will see what I mean!!! I am particularly upset because I took the time to show one of the members the back of the terrace and I could see she was not listening. Her eyes glazed over and she did not take any notes. I would like your genuine opinion after viewing the consultation responses. CAAC got involved in the overlooking aspects which are Nimby, but not the more strategic conservation issues and I am perplexed.
