@miss annie, hard to say what this reflects. One family benefit in a leafy district - no trees can be cut versus one concrete outpost on the edge of Islington needs a new tax generator - cut them down. It's a grubby business.

Who gets the money when I board a service at Hgy with my Oyster? FCC? TFL take the money for a zone 1-3 oyster, but you cannot get a refund when you cannot use the Z3 part of it at weekends if you live in this area.
