Whisper notification?

Can we have the plugin installed that notifies you at the top of every page, when you receive a whisper? [http://lussumo.com/addons/index.php?PostBackAction=AddOn&AddOnID=101](http://lussumo.com/addons/index.php?PostBackAction=AddOn&AddOnID=101) As I understand it the plugin is disabled for every user so it might be worthwhile reversing the logic or resetting that field in the database so that it is enabled for every current user and every new sign up? The easier way would be to change the logic in the extension and then use [my extension](http://lussumo.com/addons/index.php?PostBackAction=AddOn&AddOnID=287) to reset all NotifyOnNewWhisper prefs Cheers
