Eggs Florentine

@ rainbow carnage - just got back from Brighton where we had lunch at Bill's. I'm pleased to report that a lovely time was had by all and the eggs florentine was very fine indeed.

    Ooh! Thanks for that. Unaesthetic has to go down to Brighton at the end of the month for a work thing. Now I'm gonna have to come with.

    I know the guys who own Bills from my time as a Brightonian, and the last I heard they were looking to expand with more branches on the south coast, before heading up to London.

    Mind you, the speed at which anything gets done in Brighton, we can probably look forward to a grand opening circa the Day of the Triffids...
