Everyone was looking completely confused about what was going on when i wandered past just after 8, especially the W3 driver who was trying to work out how to get his bus through all the cars.
Aww, if ever Stroud Green deserved a mention, it was with this story.
Isn't that petrol station right next to the old Stroud Green station?...
Still, at least they didn't call it Crouch End.
When I lived on Fairbridge Road, a guy I worked with lived two roads further down Holloway Road from Archway. He'd bought his house (partly) on the basis of his estate agent telling him it was on "Highgate Slopes"
I guess it is upper east borders as the upper east of SG is the block enclosed by Stapleton Hall, Ferme Park and Mount View.
I don't have the power to allow anything Duncs.
