    When was "russell brand and jonathan ross are nobs" news? Regardless of the rights and wrongs of this pretty trivial story, I can't help feel it's a stick the Daily Mail are using to beat the BBC.

    And the BBC are enjoying the flagellation. I hate the way that BBC news gets soooo serious when reporting stories about themselves.
